I own and operate RAW Therapy + Wellness located at the New Ulm Wellness Collective. I had a vision of creating a space where I can share my love and passion for self-care and amazing products with other like-minded women + families and I am so humbled to see my vision come to life! 

Whether you're dealing with day-to-day tension, pregnancy pains, mental burnout, aches from nursing, feeling "stuck," or simply wanting to keep your body functioning optimally - I'm here to help. I love integrating many modalities into sessions to curate the sessions specifically to you.

I believe that there's a difference to be felt when you find a practitioner who loves what they and values what they do. And I truly love what I do.
